Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Fifthorbit website and, once sign-ups open, our AI document-drafting product (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Fifthorbit, 54/142, Rayapuram Main Road, Tiruppur - 641601, Tamil Nadu, India. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. Trial

Every new account starts with a trial of three free drafts. No payment details are required for the trial. Once those drafts are used, continuing to draft requires a paid plan; documents you have already created remain available to view and export regardless. Trial allowances are per organisation, not per user, and we may adjust them for future signups — a change never reduces a trial already in progress.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials safe, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a contract to use the Service.

3. Drafts are not legal advice

Fifthorbit produces AI-prepared drafts of documents such as deeds, agreements and declarations. Drafts are starting points for review by a qualified professional — they are not legal advice, and Fifthorbit is not a law firm. You are responsible for verifying every draft, including names, amounts, dates, property details and clause suitability, before it is executed, registered or otherwise relied upon. Requirements vary by state and change over time; a draft that fits one context may not fit another.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the documents and files you provide and to the drafts generated from them. You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the Service — storing your files, processing them to extract details, generating drafts and exports. You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload.

5. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive use, including preparing documents intended to mislead.
  • No attempts to break, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the Service.
  • No reselling or bulk-automating access without a written agreement with us.
  • No uploading content you have no right to use.

6. Pricing and billing

Plan prices are shown on our website exclusive of GST, which is added at checkout. Nothing is charged without your explicit agreement to a paid plan. Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled; annual plans are charged once and we will remind you before the term ends. Each plan includes a number of drafted documents per billing cycle, and the allowance resets at the start of each cycle without carrying over.

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. If a payment fails we will retry and contact you before access to new drafts is paused. We will give notice by email before changing the price of an active plan.

7. Intellectual property

The Service — including its software, design, templates and brand — belongs to Fifthorbit and its licensors. These terms do not grant you any rights in it beyond normal use of the Service.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fifthorbit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for losses arising from reliance on a draft without professional review. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these terms or puts the Service or other users at risk. On termination we will, on request, provide a reasonable opportunity to export your documents.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material we will notify registered users by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the Service.
